1. Open the meeting
2. Elect for the meeting
   1. a chairperson
   2. a secretary
   3. two minute-checkers
   4. vote counters
3. Confirm the eligible voting members present
4. Confirm the meeting’s legality and quorum
5. Decide on membership in other organisations and associations
6. Decide on the amounts of joining, membership, corporate membership, and supporting-member fees
7. Decide on approving the operating plan and budget for 2024
8. Elect the board chairperson from among the members, held every other year (no election this year — elected in 2022)
9. Elect the board’s other members to replace those due to step down
10. Elect two auditors, or an auditor and a deputy auditor
11. Handle other matters mentioned in the meeting notice
