Decision-making
Jukolan Pilotit ry is a non-profit association owned by its members. The association’s supreme decision-making body is the membership, which meets twice a year:
- The spring meeting grants discharge from liability to the board and approves the financial statements.
- The autumn meeting elects a new board to manage the association and decide on ongoing matters, including the annual plan and budget.
The board generally meets on the second Tuesday of every month. Among other things, the board decides on the acceptance of new members. Matters intended for the board should be submitted in writing to the board secretary, placed in the club’s suggestion box, or sent by email.
