Safety is a cornerstone of everything Jukolan Pilotit ry does. The club has a designated safety manager and operates a safety management system (SMS), through which activities and their associated risks are continuously monitored and improved.
Occurrence reporting
Members are encouraged to report any observed occurrences or safety-relevant situations with a low threshold — including near misses. Reports are handled confidentially, and their purpose is to improve the club’s operations, not to assign blame.
Occurrence-reporting channels are available to club members through the club’s own communication channels.
