Requirements for membership

• You agree to follow the club’s rules and guidelines
• You agree to comply with aviation regulations
• You agree to handle club property with care

How to apply

If you meet the requirements above and would like to join Jukolan Pilotit as a member:

1. Fill in the membership application, either online or as a printable PDF form.
   • Apply online (web form) — the preferred method. Your details are transferred automatically to the membership system, you receive a confirmation, and the board can review your application in advance of the meeting where you will introduce yourself.
   • If you are unable or prefer not to use the web form, use the PDF application form instead and send it yourself to hallitus@jukolanpilotit.fi before your introduction.
2. Introduce yourself in person at a meeting of the association’s board. The board generally meets on the second Tuesday of every month from 18:00 at the clubhouse at Hyvinkää airfield — check the exact date via the event calendar or with the association’s secretary.
3. The board will process your application after your introduction. Membership begins once the joining fee has been paid.

New members must complete a club check-out (“kerhotarkkari”) with one of the club’s flight instructors before flying solo. This also covers the club’s operating practices and how to handle the fleet.
