NOTICE OF JUKOLAN PILOTIT’S STATUTORY AUTUMN MEETING, THU 10 NOV 2022 AT 7:00 PM

Jukolan Pilotit clubhouse, EFHV

Agenda:

1. Opening of the meeting
2. Election of meeting officers
   1. chairperson
   2. secretary
   3. two minute-checkers
   4. vote counters
3. Confirmation of eligible voting members present
4. Confirmation that the meeting is lawfully convened and quorate
5. Decision on membership in other organisations and associations
6. Decision on the amount of joining, membership, corporate membership and supporting fees
7. Decision on approving the operating plan and budget for 2022
8. Election of the board chairperson from among the members, held every other year (this year’s election; previously elected in 2020)
9. Election of the remaining board members to replace those due to step down
10. Election of two auditors, or an auditor and deputy auditor
11. Handling of other matters mentioned in the meeting notice
12. Keijo Saarijärvi has requested that the club’s autumn meeting address replacing the training manager of Jukolan Pilotit’s DTO. He proposes Mikko Laukkanen as the new training manager. The current training manager is Juha-Pekka Keidasto.
