The club's fleet strategy

The club calendar had a club seminar marked among the events, on the topic of the club’s fleet strategy. There were two alternative dates, and 18 November has now been chosen. We’ll have an open discussion about the direction the club’s fleet should develop in. If you’d like, you can prepare a short presentation of your own thoughts (max. 5 min), which can be reviewed at the start of the event as a basis for discussion.

Below are a few topics that will likely come up at the event:

1. Fuel: Avgas/Mogas/JetA1
2. Metal aircraft / composite aircraft
3. New / refurbished
4. Cessna line-up / multiple types
5. Different needs, i.e. training/circuits/cross-country/aerobatics
6. Price per flight hour
7. Financing
